I ended up having to exchange my order because I changed my mind after trying it on at home, which always feels like it’s going to be a whole thing. I’d actually been putting it off for a day or two because I was busy and didn’t want to deal with a bunch of back-and-forth emails. But it was simple. They replied clearly, told me what to do, and the replacement showed up quicker than I expected. No big hassle at all, and I’d definitely shop here again.

I’ve usually stuck with my go-to brand for stuff like this, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching. But this has been really nice so far. It’s light enough that I can use it every day without getting annoyed, but it still feels sturdy and well-made. I’m not saying I’m abandoning my usual brand yet, but this definitely made me question my loyalty a bit.

I was kind of surprised by how close the color was to the photos. I got the beige one, and it’s not too yellow or washed out or anything. It’s just a really nice neutral shade, and it’s been super easy to match with my outfits. Happy with it.

I don’t know why I got so excited over a zipper, but wow, this thing zips ridiculously smooth. Like, zero snagging, zero fighting with it, just glides like a dream. I’m genuinely way happier about it than I expected to be!

The order itself was totally fine, but shipping took longer than I was expecting. The tracking didn’t really update for a few days, so I kept checking it while drinking my morning coffee and had no clue where it actually was. It did show up in good shape, nothing damaged or anything, I just wish it had gotten here a bit faster.

I had to message them twice before I finally got a reply, which was kinda annoying ngl. They did help me out in the end, but the whole waiting around part was frustrating.

I really like the look of the site. Everything feels clean, simple, and easy to move around in. The designs are without being too much, and I was able to find things that fit my style quickly... which I always appreciate

I’ve been browsing shopwhiteelm.com i really like their bags. The styles are cute and the site was easy to get around, so no big issue there. The only thing was... a few of the colors I actually wanted were out of stock when I checked. Some did come back later, which was good, but waiting around was kind of annoying. I’d probably shop there again, just hope they keep more stuff available.

I bought a side table it turned out better than I expected. The wood feels solid, the finish looks really nice, and I didnt notice any weird marks or anything. Happy with it overall.

I’ll admit, I kind of assumed this would be smaller and maybe not hold much, but it actually fits more than I expected. It’s not huge or anything, but for everyday stuff, it does the job well. I quickly thought the inside could use a little more room, and I still feel that way, but overall I’m happy with it. Gave it 4 stars.

The box showed up with a noticeable dent, which was a little annoying at first. But i checked everything right away and the item inside was totally fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d rather have perfect packaging, of course, but as long as what I paid for wasn’t damaged, I’m okay with it.

Checkout took longer than I expected, which was super fun because apparently I had nothing else to do. It wasn’t the end of the world, but a little more speed would’ve been nice.

My laptop technically fit inside, but just barely. Unfortunately, the zipper wouldn’t close all the way, which was disappointing and made it less practical for everyday use

The stuff itself is nice, and I don’t really have any major complaints about the quality. That said, I don’t think I’d pay full price for it again. The whole experience felt a little impersonal too, like I was just another ticket number being moved through the system rather than an actual customer.

It felt okay at first, but after wearing it for a bit, it started to hurt. Come on now, I was hoping it would stay comfortable longer than that.

My first impression of the White Elm items was really positive. They looked great right out of the box, and the style was exactly what I was hoping for. After a few months of normal use though, I started noticing the material wearing down faster than I expected. A few corners got scuffed, and the fabric just doesn’t feel as sturdy as it did at first. It’s not terrible, and I’m still using everything, but for the price, I do wish the quality held up a little better.

I do like how many compartments this bag has, since it definitely keeps my stuff more organized than a regular bag. That said, some of the pockets feel a little too tight, and I still end up digging around for smaller things. I also kind of felt talked down to when I had questions about it, which didn’t help my overall experience. It does the job and it’s decent if you like having a section for everything, but it’s not totally perfect for me.

I got everything I ordered, and there were no mix-ups at all. Such a smooth experience, and I’m really happy with how easy it all was!

I ordered from shopwhiteelm.com the strap was a letdown pretty much right away. It felt cheap in my hands, thin and stiff, and not at all like something that matched the price. I kept trying to convince myself it would soften up or feel better with use, but that was just wasted energy.

After only a short time, it already started looking worn, and the edges got rough like it had been used way longer than it actually had. Maybe I happened to get a bad one, but dealing with it felt more frustrating than it was worth, and I don’t think I’d order again.

Uh, I’ve found that this works with a lot of different outfits. It’s easy to throw on and still looks good
